Christmas has
always been my favorite holiday of the year. The holidays are always such a rush filled with amazing food, tons of laughter, and great company! The only thing missing this year sadly was the snow!! We were blessed to get to spend time with all sides of our families this year and didn't have to split any celebrations in half due to overlapping Christmases.
Christmas Eve was spent with Joe's family this year. We were so excited to have Mason with us for the holidays seeing as he's the first little one to join the family (: it's such a joy to have him around!

Lasagna & chicken kiev were on the dinner menu before church. Then wings and appetizers for the gift opening. So much laughter to go around and I even got some pretty cool stuff!! ;) including Taylor Swift perfume and some gifts that were even matching!!
Christmas Day was spent in Chaska with my mom's side of the family. Shame on me for not remembering to take my camera out because I don't have any pictures! This holiday season was especially hard without Grandma & Grandpa Loushin, as well as Grandpa Greseth, but I know in my heart that they got to spend their second Christmas with Jesus this year.
The day after Christmas Day, we celebrated with the Greseth clan! Our traditional Norwegian dinner hit the spot and it was great to spend time with family!!

With all the holidays around, there were many dear friends we also got to see this season. My good friend Ashley moved to California a couple years ago and was home visiting for the holidays! She is expecting in March so she won't make it back to Minnesota for almost a year now ): we took advantage of her time as much as possible!

It was then time to ring in the new year! 2012 is bringing lots of excitement for me! A new hair do ;), a great job at H&R Block, & many great memories to be made! We spent our New Years Eve in Rochester with some good friends of ours and celebrated the right way (:
