Reunited & it feels so good!

My dear friend, Ashley Hans, moved to California last fall to live with her [now husband] who is in the Marine Corps. She returned June 16th for a visit home and just so happened to be over Waterski Days!! (: [[Waterski Day pictures to follow!]] I really enjoyed her being home and will miss her so much! I can't wait til she returns!!

Summer is here & keeping busy!!

I've kept extremely busy since my last post!! June has been great so far!

I had been looking forward to June 8th for months!! So when the day finally came, I was more than ecstatic! My friend Kaylyne and I headed to Milwaukee to go to my first concert ever! Kaylyne had been to many many concerts (had even met plenty of celebrities, including Taylor!!) but this was my first! Kaylyne is a Taylor Swift superfan so when I found out I had the opportunity to get tickets, I knew she was the girl to ask to go with me! We didn't have the greatest weather on our 4 and a half hour drive, as well as hitting construction, but we didn't mind it. We arrived at the hotel and had a couple hours to kill before the big show.
Ready to go!

We were finally ready to go, we got a cab ride downtown to the Bradley Center and I was really overwhelmed with all the amazing fans!!

We had awesome seats!
We paitiently waited for the show to start. Frankie Ballard was an opening act, he's an up and coming country artist and I really enjoyed him! Also a band called Need To Breathe opened. But when Taylor took the stage, the fans went crazy and it was unlike any experience I'd ever had before.
We got to share an experience that no other fans on her Speak Now World Tour got to experience. She won a CMT Award for Video of the Year and they cut live from Nashville to Milwaukee!! It was absolutely amazing and I'm so glad we got to experience it!!

We were also lucky enough that Taylor came back to sing a few songs on a stage much closer to us ;)

Her show was so much more than I had anticipated and I had the time of my life! The show was absolutely amazing. I can't imagine all the hard work she put into making that show happen and all the time spent. Between stage set-up, costume changes, audio checks and the whole nine yards. Her dedication to her fans shows through in her performances and it truly was incredible. It was worth every minute waiting for that day and every single penny spent. I can officially say that I have now become a Taylor Swift Superfan right along side my friend Kaylyne.
Thank you SO much for coming with me and sharing this experience. I had the time of my life...with you <3 long live
